1. Welcome to Chicken Road!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chicken Road Games website (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our platform, and your purchase and use of the "Chicken Road" board game and related products ("Products"). By accessing the Site, purchasing our Products, or participating in any Chicken Road related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products. We encourage all players of Chicken Road to embody the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship – don't be a bad egg!

2. Use of Our Site and Services

Eligibility

To use our Site and purchase Chicken Road Products, you must be at least 13 years of age. Certain features of the Site, such as community forums, pre-orders for new Chicken Road expansions, or participation in official Chicken Road tournaments, may require you to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We want to keep the Chicken Road coop secure!

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, the Chicken Road board game (including its rules, mechanics, and design), all artwork, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials associated with Chicken Road (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Chicken Road Games or its licensors. This Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of Chicken Road and related services.

All orders are subject to our acceptance, which may be withheld in our sole discretion, including if Products are out of stock, there are errors in pricing, or we suspect fraudulent activity. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. (THOUGH WE CERTAINLY HOPE YOUR CHICKEN ROAD GAME ITSELF IS FREE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS!)
